[AmiVoice API] Announcement of the update of the fault information notification system
Thank you for using AmiVoice Cloud Platform.
We have recently revamped the AmiVoice outage information notification system, and will be launching a new outage notification email system on Thursday, February 19, 2026. This will allow us to provide more frequent information in the event of an outage and to send notifications about degradation of the speech recognition server's performance. This will enable API users to grasp the situation more quickly.
Due to the system change,"Subscription permission approval process"Please see the details below.
1. System switchover date and time
Thursday, February 19, 2026, 09:00–13:00 (JST)
*During this time, you will not be able to change the "Alternative Contact Information Email Address" on MyPage.
2. What we would like you to do (Important)
Although your current recipient address will be migrated automatically, the following approval process is required to continue receiving failure alerts from the new system.

【please note】 Unless you click the approval button, notifications from the new system will not begin. January 2026, 5 Notifications will continue to be sent through the old system until the deadline, but after that, notifications will only be sent to approved recipients. Please be sure to complete the procedure within the period. *If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
3. Changes to settings and operations
Change notification sender address New address:acp-status@m00.advanced-media.co.jp
*We recommend excluding this email from your filter settings to ensure you receive it.
Unifying notification addresses From now on, notifications will only be sent to the address set in the "Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address." Please be aware of this if you have previously received notifications at the "Account owner email address."
*For customers who have not yet set a notification address as of the transition date, the account owner's email address will be automatically registered as the "Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address."
Restrictions on duplicate email address registration In the new system, you cannot set the same notification email address for multiple accounts. If you try to register an email address that is already registered with another account, it will be displayed as "Already registered," but please rest assured that notifications will be delivered without any problems.
How to unsubscribe You can unsubscribe by deleting your address from MyPage or by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the notification email you received.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We hope you will continue to use AmiVoice Cloud Platform.
