[Important Notice] AmiVoice API My Page Renewal Notice

2025.06.24 Update

On Monday, June 30, 2025, we will aim to further improve our services.
We will be renewing the AmiVoice API My Page and functions.
Please see below for details of this renewal.

1. Changes to credit card payment processing services

We will be changing our credit card payment processing service from GMO Payment Gateway to Stripe.
This will enable users to notice when a payment has failed and to process the payment again themselves.

For customers who are about to register an account (credit card payment),
Starting July 1, 2025, you will be required to register your credit card with Stripe.

For customers who have already registered an account (credit card payment),
You will need to re-register your credit card with Stripe between July 1, 2025 and the end of September 2025.
If we cannot confirm that your credit card has been re-registered with Stripe,
Service will no longer be available after October 2025.Because,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your cooperation.

2. You can now choose to pay by invoice and change the invoice address

For corporate customers,
When you register for an account, you will be able to choose to pay by invoice as well as by credit card.
You will also be able to change the invoice address from the "Account Information" section of your My Page.
This allows you to smoothly complete account registration and invoice address changes without going through our sales department.
*Payment by invoice is not available for individual customers.

3. You can now view and disable APPKEYs.

You can view the issued APPKEYs from the "Connection Information" section of your My Page.
You can also now disable selected APPKEYs, eliminating the need to recreate accounts in the event of a breach.
Up to 10 items can be disabled per AmiVoice API account.
*App keys that were assigned by our company to accounts created before this renewal cannot be invalidated.

4. It is now possible to set tags for counting when using the API, and to count and check usage for each tag.

By setting aggregation tags when using the API, you will be able to aggregate usage for each tag.
You will also be able to check the usage amount for each tag from your My Page.

5. Changes to the UI and design of My Page, and multilingual support

We will be significantly renewing the UI and design of My Page.
You will also be able to switch between Japanese and English display.
