[AmiVoice API] Measures to address the issue of concentrated load on some servers

2025.01.30 Update

Since January 21, 2025, the synchronous HTTP and WebSocket interfaces have occasionally experienced disconnections mid-session, and in certain time periods, connections were either impossible or extremely difficult to make after sending a request. We have fixed this issue in the load balancer.

February 29, 2025 (Wednesday) 15:00 - 15:30

◆ Details
During the above period, we replaced the existing load balancers with new ones one by one. The load balancers are configured redundantly and have sufficient capacity, so the update will not affect customers.

After completing the work, we have confirmed that there has been no impact on performance or errors caused by this change.
