The technology is evolving at a remarkable pace, with more advanced applications being developed every day. However, despite being enthusiastic about implementing generative AI, many organizations are not seeing satisfactory results. In this session, we will provide an overview of the latest trends in the use of generative AI and introduce specific points for achieving effective implementation and utilization. Session 2: Realizing real-time RAG to streamline customer support responses – AmiVoice voice recognition × AcroChatAI AI assistant – Speaker: Koji Ishida (Acroquest Technology Co., Ltd.) Support operators at contact centers and other facilities by utilizing generative AI and a knowledge base of real-time answers. Mr. Koji Ishida(Senior Solution Architect, Social Infrastructure Innovation Group, Acroquest Technology Inc.) He is engaged in the design, construction, and operation of cloud-native systems utilizing AWS. He provides services ranging from proposing cloud systems to developing and building them for a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, and logistics, with a focus on enterprise clients. Most recently, he has been in charge of implementing a RAG/AI agent system using Amazon Bedrock. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Certification AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional Certification Asuka Yoshida(Sales Leader, Partner Promotion Group, PFD&O Department, Advanced Media Inc.) He is involved in proposing and supporting the implementation of speech recognition APIs, and has promoted speech recognition integration with cloud and on-premise services in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, finance, and healthcare, to improve business efficiency. In recent years, he has been combining speech recognition technology with generative AI to design future communication experiences and new business utilization models.
