Regarding the Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage that was confirmed to have occurred on Monday, October 20, 2025, we have confirmed that the speech recognition API service we provide is not affected by the outage and is currently operating normally as usual.

Although our services are operated on AWS, they are not dependent on the region or service where the failure occurred, and there were no problems with their operation.
