Please note that usage data that was not updated between October 9th and 21st, 2025, will be registered on October 22nd, and data that was not updated between October 22nd and 23rd will be registered on October 24th.

Currently, the usage status and usage fees for each speech recognition engine are not displayed correctly on our service MyPage. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our users.

Please note that various APIs, such as speech recognition and sentiment analysis, are operating normally as usual, and there is no impact on the use of the service itself.

We are currently updating the data to reflect accurate usage data for usage that occurred after October 9.
Please be advised that when the data update is completed, the usage amount for the occurrence period will be registered collectively on a single day (or at a specific timing).

Please contact us individually for the exact usage time per day and estimated fees during this period.
