AmiVoice adopted as a countermeasure against refund fraud

Easy Smartphone "F-53E"'s refund fraud prevention feature extracts specific keywords related to refund fraud from the results of voice recognition by AmiVoice and automatically detects them on the device. By providing an audible and visual warning to the user and an audio warning to the caller that the call is being recorded, the risk of potential refund fraudulent transfers is reduced. We have developed a standalone speech recognition engine that can recognize text in real time on the device. It incorporates deep learning technology, enabling smooth full-text recognition even with low CPU power. Thanks to acoustic tuning specifically for telephone lines that takes into account the unique noise and surrounding environment of telephones, it boasts a high recognition rate and recognizes all content during the call.
